Refund policy

We have a no return/exchange policy due to the custom and vintage nature of the items we sell. We do our best to describe the items with great accuracy in both print and images.  

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide measurements for custom products, we will confirm measurements within 48 hours prior to your order starting to verify measurements.  If there is a problem with your order,  please contact us and we’d be happy to help resolve your concern.  

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 

Where an item was defective, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
